La Baie enjoys complete privacy and all day sun. This gite accommodates 2 to 8 guests in comfort and is adapted for wheelchair users. 

Holiday gite includes:                                                                   

* 4 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and en-suite shower, other bedrooms can be set as large doubles or twin rooms)
* Family bathroom designed and equipped to be suitable for guests with level 3 mobility
*Additional WC
* Fully equipped kitchen with large dining area, seating up to 10
* Spacious living room with views across the peaceful french countryside, log fire, stereo and satellite TV and DVD player
* Private terrace and patio area with space for outdoor dining and BBQ (loungers and patio furniture provided)

Utilities include dishwasher, washing machine and freezer

Cot and highchair available on request along with other equipment for children (incl: buggy and car seat)

Guests staying at La Baie can enjoy glorious sunshine at the front of the house in the morning and in the evening can watch the sunset over the fields from the rear of the property. There is a BBQ for your use and parking space on site. All guests have shared use of the on-site facilities including swimming pool (May - September), bicycles, badminton/basket ball court, table tennis and pool table.

Pricing and availability:

Prices for La Baie start from as little as 350 euros per week in low season rising to 900 euros in August. Prices are inclusive of all linen and on-site facilities - there are no hidden or extra costs. We do not charge a security deposit, but will request a 20% booking deposit with the balance of payment a month in advance of your arrival.
